Built-In Form Types

Forms on Blendo pages are handled automatically. The AI generates forms with the right fields for your pathway:

  • Contact — name, email, message
  • Subscribe / Newsletter — email capture with optional name
  • Waitlist — email + optional fields
  • Register — event registration with details
  • Donate — donation with amount selection (Stripe Connect)
  • Purchase / Pre-order — payment processing (Stripe Connect)

Viewing Submissions

All form submissions appear in your dashboard under Forms. Filter by form type, search by content, and export to CSV.

Email Notifications

When someone submits a form, you receive an email notification with the submission details. Subscribers also receive a welcome email.

Subscribers

Email signups are collected in a dedicated Subscribers list. View subscriber count, manage unsubscribes, and export your list as CSV.

Spam Protection

Forms include honeypot fields to filter out bots. No CAPTCHAs needed.
